They did offer flights on the same dates and times from Birmingham - but we would have to be at the airport for

3:30am - and we would have to arrange and pay for this.  I therefore cancelled the flights and requested a refund.

This only took a mere 8 phone calls and around 3 hours waiting to speak to someone.....

I have written to Customer Relations expressing our dissatisfaction.

By comparison - Jet2 were much more accessible and I was able to book flights for 18 of us almost immediately.

We will fly out on the same dates but leave at 10:00am.  The costs have increased to 166.00
